3. The system supports three methods of fax delivery. Your Administrator selected one of these methods for you.

4. Email attachment Most convenient, least secure Web site download Most secure, least convenient FTP delivery Convenient & secure but more complex

5. Email attachment All users sharing a Fax Attendant will receive an email with the fax attached as a PDF

6. Web site download All users sharing a Fax Attendant will receive an email with a hyperlink to the new fax

7. 1. Click on the link and log in to the Web site 2. Your new fax will be displayed 3. You can Download it, Send it or Delete it 4. If you don’t delete it, it will be auto-deleted when it is 21 days old, whether it has been downloaded or not

8. FTP Delivery All users sharing a Fax Attendant will receive an email with a hyperlink to the new fax

9. 1. Click on the link 2. Your new fax will be displayed 3. The fax resides on your network like any other file

10. You should now understand how your faxes are received and viewed. This is the last Self-Paced User Training Module.
