  1. Southeast Region Transition Institutes: Designed for deafblind students in their teens preparing to transition from high school to college or employment. Gives students the knowledge they need to know how to access their dreams for the future. What states are participating? The Deaf-Blind Projects of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida-Virgin Islands, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
