Some Final Thoughts • There are many ways to be an academic • Recognise the ebb and flow of the academic cycle • Taking breaks is important – daily, weekly, termly, yearly. • Knowing yourself – what is your most productive time? • Set and defend your boundaries – acknowledge when they need to change, but learn to say No.
