Fats • There is three types: • Unsaturated fat • Saturated fat • Trans fat • Helps the brain and the nervous system • A solid or a liquid • Comes in all different foods • Contained in: • oils\butter\nuts\meats
Protein • Its contains amino acids • There are to types: • Complete • Incomplete • Is contained in: • Meats • Nuts • Dairy • Its Helps: • Its helps muscles & organs • Skin and hair
Fibre • You want 20-30 grams a day • Helps prevent: • Blood Cholesterol • Diabetes • Heart disease • Moves through the diegestive system • There are two categories: • Soluble&Insoluble
