Protein • Boosts your immunity • Sources: dairy and meats & alternatives • Repairs body tissues • Helps burn fat and build muscle • Types: - primary - secondary - tertiary - quaternary
Fibre • Lowers level of cholesterol • Sources: fruits & vegetables • Keeps intestines clean • Cannot be fully digested • Types: - soluble - insoluble
Vitamins • Strengthens your bones • Sources: fruits, vegetables and dairy • Helps you see at night • Heal cuts • Types: - Water Soluble (B&C) - Fat Soluble (A, D, E & K)
