U.S. Overview • With 21 sites and approximately 21,000 employees in the U.S., ArcelorMittal is a vital component of the company’s global footprint and foundation of the American manufacturing industry • Markets served include automotive, appliance, rail, construction, infrastructure/bridges, energy, and oil and gas • For the fourth consecutive year, the company was honored with an ENERGY STAR award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy
Corporate Responsibility • Sustain Our Great Lakes • Participate in bi-national partnership with National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and federal agencies like the U.S. EPA • Restoration and preservation of Great Lakes Basin through grants to local NGOs, enabling up to $9 million dollars on the ground impact on species preservation, wetland restoration and environmental education • Focus on STEM education (Science Technology Engineering Math) • These four subjects are integral in preparing the next generation of employees for the manufacturing sector • Provide funds to 13 adopted schools with majority low-income, high-risk student population • Help build the long-term capacity of teachers and students to achieve in STEM, often purchasing educational tools and resources - such as computers, microscopes and whiteboards - and providing access to professional development • Rebuilt Long Beach, Miss. with steel after Hurricane Katrina • Partnered with the mayor, local businesses, organizations and industry trade associations to help rebuild the community, one third of which was destroyed by the storm • More than $20 million in capital improvement projects

Benefits & Details • Base salary: Competitive starting salaries • Bonus: Total target bonus award opportunity from three bonus plans based on financial and other performance of ArcelorMittal USA • Management Incentive Plan: measured and paid annually • Special Target Incentives: measured and paid quarterly • Profit Sharing: measured and paid quarterly • 401(k): Match your contributions up to 6% of your annual base salary • Life Insurance: Coverage up to one times your base salary
