AWARDS • Helen Statts Award Presented by the Nursing Faculty to the Graduate who has demonstrated Leadership Potential and Is predicted to make the greatest contribution to the Community as a Nurse. • Educational Excellence Award Based on GPA. This award is presented to the student that has maintained the highest GPA throughout the Nursing Program.
Tickets • You will be given tickets in November/December • Number of tickets ( 4 ) • Reserved Seating (students & faculty) • Reserved Seating for disabled guests
Pin Forms & Money • Form for Pin along with cash must be turned in by: MARCH 19, 2012(CASH ONLY) • Please be sure to see Professor Robinson if you have questions or concerns regarding the purchasing of Pins. Ruth Tembo will be asking for volunteers to help with the collection of the Pin Order Forms and Payment.
Robe Forms & Money • Form for Robe along with check or cash must be turned in by: March 19, 2012 • You will be notified by e-mail when the robes have arrived at which time you can pick them up at the Pinning Rehearsal. Ruth Tembo will be asking for volunteers to help with the collection of the Gown Order Forms and Payment.
Student Speaker • Students will nominate & vote on a Class Speaker. • Students that are interested…now is your chance to speak up…Please let Professor Robinson know if you would like to be the Student Speaker or if you would like to nominate someone.

Soloist If there is a Singer in the class please see Professor Robinson if you are interested in singing at the Pinning Ceremony.
Class Picture Date & Attire • Date: You will be notified by e-mail of date and time • Attire:Dark pants (not jeans) with Lab Coat
Personal Statements • Written by each student to be read at the ceremony • Must be submitted by email to Professor Robinson no later than May 4, 2012. • Limit to 60 words or less
Rehearsal Date & Time • Date to be announced
CLASS VIDEO • Appropriate Pictures R/T Nursing School AEB the Content of the Picture !!!!!!! • Please contact Professor Robinson for more information.
Decorations • Flowers (taken care of by the college & the Nursing Department) • Other decorations would have to come from the class
