  2. Arizona Common Core Standards The Mathematical Practices: Make sense of problems and persevere in solving them. Reason abstractly and quantitatively. Construct viable arguments and critique the reasoning of others. Model with mathematics. Use appropriate tools strategically. Attend to precision. Look for and make use of structure. Look for and express regularity in repeated reasoning.

  3. Arizona Common Core Standards English Language Arts: They demonstrate independence. They build strong content knowledge. They respond to the varying demands of audience, task, purpose and discipline. They comprehend as well as critique. They value evidences. They use technology and digital media strategically and capably. They come to understand others perspectives and cultures.

  4. Next Generation Science Standards: The Science and Engineering Practices: Asking questions and defining problems. Developing and using models. Planning and carrying out investigations. Analyzing and interpreting data. Using mathematics, information and computer technology and computational thinking. Constructing explanations and designing solutions.
