Astrocyte-Mediated MeCP2 Re-Expression Partially Rescues Behavioral Deficits

This study explores the rescue of behavioral deficits in MeCP2-deficient mice through the re-expression of MeCP2 in astrocytes. Results suggest that astrocytes play a crucial role in mitigating such deficits. The findings shed light on potential therapeutic targets for Rett syndrome.
