  2. The positive: * He is the cornerstone of the class. * Let him summarize. * Make him part of any activity whenever needed.

  3. The bully: He tends to be violent to hide his points of weakness. Don’t argue with him. Let other learners contradict him. Ignore him.

  4. The Shy One: Give him easy questions or activities. Bolster his self-confidence. Praise his contribution.

  5. The know-It-All * Shake his confidence. * Let him be the group leader .

  6. The Bigmouth: Motor mouth. Set limits for his answers. Let him be the speaker of the group.

  7. The Snob: He believes that he is above everybody. Don’t criticize him. Draw him out by flattery.

  8. The Thick skin: He isn’t interested. Pick activities of his area of interest.

  9. The Inquiry: He thinks he is smarter than his teacher. Pass his questions to other students. Admit mistakes.

  10. The Opponent: Use his knowledge as an example. Use understanding approach.
