  2. Open Google Earth on the College Network. Your teacher will have given you a theme for your art. You can fly anywhere, the search box, is particularly useful. 1

  3. I’ve chosen Niagara Falls, once you have found your location, use the flight tools to find the best angle for your art. 2

  4. Once you have found your best angle, click once on print screen. (PrtSc) Open up PowerPoint and paste the captured image into the slide (Edit, paste.) 3

  5. Right click on the image and choose show picture toolbar. Using the toolbar, trim your picture. You might also want to resize it. Just left click on the white boxes, hold and drag. 4

  6. Once you’re happy with your image. Right click on it and save picture as. Give it a file name. In the ‘save as type box’, change the file type to ‘JPEG’. Click save. 5

  8. When complete, click submit. To save your photo as a jpeg file, click on save. 7

  9. You can now insert your art into PowerPoint, so that it is ready to print. Insert, picture, from file. Then try another? 8
