  3. Technical Requirements for DAISY Pipeline • OS: Windows 2003 Server, Linux (RHEL4, Ubuntu Server Edition?). • Narrator TTS compatibility: SAPI 5.1(Norwegian and English TTS) • Daisy Translator compatibility Additional TTS-Servers?

  4. Technical Requirements for DAISY Pipeline Servers 2 DAISY Pipeline Servers (LAN and DMZ) • OS: Windows, Linux? • 2 TB Storage • Quad Core CPU • 4-8 GB RAM Additional TTS-Servers?

  5. Questions • DAISY Pipeline on virtual servers? • Optional GUI (User dependent)?

  6. NLB provides: • Hardware • Software (Operating Systems), TTS- Voices • Local installations of MS Word 2007 English version (if DAISY Translator problems are not yet solved).
