Publicly call on his supporters to refrain from participating in the armed hostilities in Libya. 8. Proceed to the formation of his own political party, or (depending on which is more appropriate in Libya’s conditions) the purchase of an already existing (registered) party with a change of leadership and name. 9. Sociological oversight of Saif Gaddafi’s public image and actions through the work of the Company’s specialists (surveys, focus groups etc). Monitoring the results of municipal elections.
