  2. Don’t share personal or private information! • This includes: • your real name, • your address, • your phone number • Do not share your name, address, phone number or hometown with anyone you have met online. If someone asks you for this information, tell a trusted adult immediately.

  3. There is no place on the Internet for rudeness. Remember that once you send out a message, you have no control over how many people will see it. Your message can be forwarded to many people you do not even know. Be careful to not insult or send mean messages.

  4. If you get information from an online source, be sure to mention the creator in your paper or slide show.
