Georgia’s Legislative Branch Is called the General Assembly Makes laws for the entire state of Georgia Is made of two groups 1. State Representatives (180) 2. State Senators (56) Meet in the Capitol in our capital, Atlanta
Georgia’s Judicial Branch Is called the Georgia Supreme Court. Interprets laws for the entire state of Georgia. Has 7 Supreme Court Justices who are elected to serve 6-year terms.
