Integration The objectives of integration are many: • Developing a sense of belonging to the ANAPEC • Improving the retention rate of new recruits • Reducing the learning time at the work station • Aligning the new recruits with the values of the ANAPEC strategy • Ensuring the transfer of skills from the experienced to the newcomers
