  9. Choose student, add food or fees payment:

  10. Add Optional Fees:

  12. Choose Today’s Payments:

  13. Start Checkout:

  14. Payment request transfers to

  15. Parent continues to shop

  16. Parent chooses an item

  17. Parent enters donation amount(other items might be fixed cost)

  18. Continue Shopping or Go to Checkout

  19. Parent begins checkout process

  20. Enter billing information

  21. Enter payment information

  22. Authorize the payment

  23. Approved payment sent to SFA

  24. Return to Family Access for New Balances

  25. Thank You Email

  26. Deposit by Date Report

  27. Product (Bill Code) Report

  28. Deposit by Account Code Report

  29. Orders coming through SFA by student

  30. Orders coming through SFA by payor

  31. Refunds (Full)

  32. Refunds (Partial)
