To Cap It All The DeVilbiss R&D team has developed three high performance air caps using world leading fluid dynamics technology to provide superb atomisation from the finest metallic and pearlescent basecoats to the latest high solid clears. All Torx Trigger removal, whenever necessary, has never been easier – no more screwdriver juggling – fast and positive, one sided removal with the Torx tool provided. Precision Engineering A new high flow rate fluid tip design ensures the GTi Pro LITE’s superb versatility to handle a range of viscosities and virtually eliminating the need to change tips to suit different materials. Ultimate Control You’ll be wearing your gloves, so we’ve redesigned the fan and fluid controls for smoother operation. To New Retainer We’ve even re-engineered the air cap retaining ring with a thrust washer allowing the cap to be rotated easily for perfect fan alignment, yet sealing perfectly. Fit and Feel The ergonomically designed gun body, forged in lightweight aluminium retains the legendary fit and feel that has kept DeVilbiss at the cutting edge of professional spray gun design. Sent Packing We’ve hidden the needle packing and replaced it with a flush fitting design that is self adjusting and keeps the trigger action smoother than ever. Trigger Happy The GTi Pro LITE has a totally new trigger profile for ultimate comfort and wrap around finger grip when triggered or at rest. The new increased diameter air caps have been engineered with larger back holes to feed the horns providing bigger spray fan patterns for easier overlapping.

Part Number: PRO-200-12-K If the No 13 tip is delivering more paint than you need, simply step down to the No 12 to remain in perfect control. Old GTi / GTi –W 1.3 users have seen a fluid flow increase with a the Pro 13 and therefore higher paint usage on their work. The No 12 tip gives them the control they enjoyed on the former GTi guns. No 13 Fluid Tip. Part Number: PRO-200-13-K The number 13 tip is the perfect choice for most base or clearcoats. It is the number one choice for choice for professional refinishers. Flow rate matched perfectly for Base & Clear application - ie a colour match for base and a high gloss and finish on clears. No 14 Fluid Tip. Part Number: PRO-200-14-K Who uses a 14? For certain materials some paint manufacturers prefer the use of this higher flow-rate tip. Those who also incorporate CV work into their workshops. Higher application speeds on larger surface areas.
