2. IDAHO GO ON SCHOOLS PURPOSE: Resource and equip schools and the community to effectively support, counsel, guide and/or mentor all students so they can Go On to education and/or training beyond high school.

Expected Outcomes for Participating Schools • A school-wide plan built on proven or best practices that insures every student is ready to Go On. • Use of data to evaluate and improve student readiness for post high school education. This is integrated and embedded into school practices, policies and culture.

These plans are updated annually and facilitated by planning software such as CIS.

(#1 on application) • Identify the indicators you will track include baseline numbers. (#2) • Build a plan based on the four Go On Building Blocks with a supporting budget. (#3-#5)
