BP Showcase Value Prop This premier event features new, timely presentations that reflect content from the top rated sessions at Information On Demand 2007. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your customers to learn more about the latest information management technologies and solutions. IBM will be hosting some major city events and we are looking for Business Partners to showcase their solution in this ideal sales and networking opportunity.
Q2 Venues • Thurs: April 24, Tysons Corner – Ritz Carlton • Tues: April 29, Boston – Four Seasons Hotel • Thurs: May 1, Chicago – Art Institute of Chicago • Tues: May 13, San Francisco – Fairmont • Tues: May 20, Miami** – Hard Rock Hotel (breakfast only event) - Agenda: 8am-2pm, including breakfast and Lunch (Tysons Corner, Boston, Chicago, SF) **Miami, breakfast only, 8:30-11:30am
Overall Goal • To create a positive BP experience and to provide a venue for partners to reach potentially net new customers • Drive business partner participation • 100 customers/suspects expected to attend each venue, except Miami (40 expected) • Up to 10 BP’s participating in each showcase (up to 5 in Miami) • No fees for BP’s to participate in showcase • Optional Lunch and Lanyard sponsorship (see slide 6)
Showcase details provided by IBM and/or Vendor • Physical Set-up • BP Showcase to be set up close to food • with traffic flow to showcase • 1- 6’ skirted table per BP per event • Internet connection provided for each table • Electrical outlet/cord provided per table • Bowl provided for each table to collect giveaway tickets • Access to shared meeting room • 30 min time slot with IBM exec and their customer/opp they are wanting to progress (based on availability of exec) • Eye catching name tags- bright color or colored stripe down side • BP included in the following: • Event directory • BP abstract (one paragraph) and logo • BP company profile included on memory stick handout • One page doc or pdf • BP logo on main signage • BP to provide high res file • Table top sign for each BP showcase table • Includes logo • Slide in opening presentation highlighting BP showcase • Include BP logos
Showcase details provided by participating Business Partners • BP to provide the following: • Completed event submission form • Sent to Chuck Sicard by specified deadline (see slide 7 for deadlines) • High Res file of company logo • Either 300dpi pdf, eps or ai (illustrator) file • One page company profile for attendee handouts • Either doc or pdf • Abstract • Included on submission form • Laptop with Demo and power cord • BP bring relevant materials to handout • Form to capture information from interested attendee • In lieu of attendee not having business card • Giveaway item along with container for collecting entries • Optional item for own giveaway
Business Partner Sponsorship Opportunities (optional) • Sponsorship options • Sponsorship Package #1(one per venue) $ 5,000 • Official Lunch Sponsor • Signage at each lunch table and in directory • Assigned specific table in Showcase • Main presentation • Specific sponsorship slide • Sponsorship Package #2(one avail) $ 5,000 • Official Lanyard Sponsor for ALL 5 Venues • Not required to participate/exhibit at all venues
