  2. Thesis Technology is a key capacity building service for effective communications, operations and strategic impact on poverty in the world as it moves from organization facing to beneficiary facing applications.

  7. What can we do? • There is a clear and compelling need for greater effectiveness, efficiency, and capacity building. • Scaling up: what capacity building do we need to overcome poverty growth? • Technology is required for these quantum leaps in impact.
