  4. Fiction • Not true • Also called a “narrative”/story • Is not based upon real events, people, or places (*) • Make-believe • Not the same thing as “fake”

  5. Your Assignment • With a partner, create a list of at least twenty (20) “essential elements of fiction.” • Each student must have his/her own list. • Bonus points will be rewarded for anyone who reaches twenty-five answers. • Be prepared to share your findings with the class.
