Charter Changes • Standing Rule# 4 • Elected officers include: (For two year terms, indicate whether elected in odd or even years) • Propose: Program chair change to one year program chair elect and second year program chair • Standing Rule # 5 • Elections will be conducted by mail ballot in the month of September and officers will assume their positions in the month of January • Propose: Elections will be conducted by secured electronic e-mail in the month of October and officers will assume their positions in the month of January

Professional Development Award • Nominate & mentor an oncology nurse colleague who is not a member of ONS • Nomination form, nomination essay (350 words or less) describing the nominees contribution to excellence in providing quality oncology nursing care, nominee’s resume • One year membership dues to ONS & Bux-Mont Chapter, registration fee for (4) general membership dinner meetings within the free membership year (January through December) • Deadline- December 1st • Applications available on the virtual community site
