  2. MAIN EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION ARU IS EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING MAIN EQUIPMENT: • RICH AMINE FLASH DRUM • AMINE REGENERATOR • AMINE SUMP DRUM • STORAGE AND DELIVERY SECTION

  3. RICH AMINE FLASH DRUM MAIN FEATURES • Packed column on top of the drum • Internal skimming pot • Rich DEA solution • Blanketed with inert gas

  4. RICH AMINE FLASH DRUM MAIN PARAMETERS: • Pressure controlled • Amount of cold lean amine sent to scrubber (around 1.5 m3/h) • OPERATING CONDITIONS

  5. AMINE REGENERATOR MAIN FEATURES • Valve type trays • Chimney tray • Top section in SS • DEA solution • Internal skimming pot in the Reflux Drum

AMINE REGENERATOR MAIN PARAMETERS: • Rich Amine / Steam ratio in the Reboiler • Acid Gas to SRU temperature = 55°C • Regenerator Reflux Drum pressure = 0.9 kg/cm2 g • Rich Amine to Regen. = 93 °C • Temperature of lean amine solution sent to Storage and delivery section (92°C) • Demi Water make-up to reflux drum MAIN LIMITATIONS • Amine degradation • Antifoam solution needed • OPERATING CONDITIONS

STORAGE AND DELIVERY SECTION MAIN PARAMETERS: • Temperature of lean amine solution sent to HCU Section (55°C) • Amount of amine sent to filtering system (around 15%) • Amount of cold lean amine sent to Scrubber on Rich Amine Flash Drum (around 1.5 m3/h) • OPERATING CONDITIONS MAIN LIMITATIONS • Amine degradation

SOUR WATER STRIPPER MAIN PARAMETERS: • SW Acid Gas to SRU temperature = 85°C • Sour Water to Stripper = 84 °C • Temperature of pumparound return to Stripper = 65°C • Temperature of stripped water sent to HCU/DHT = 90°C • Temperature of stripped water sent to WWT = 40°C MAIN LIMITATIONS • Surface temperature of the acid gas line • OPERATING CONDITIONS
