Food Did you know that Puffer Fish eat meaty foods? Puffer Fish eat so many different foods. I am just going to tell you a few things that a Puffer Fish eats. It eats crabs, shrimp, snails, hard shelled oysters, crayfish, plants, algae,vertabrites and IT DOES NOT EAT HUMANS!!!!!!
Habitat Did you know that Puffer Fish live in almost any warm water? But some live in cold water, fresh waters, warmer coastal waters, or even in tropical waters; rarely in cold waters.
Adaptation Do you know any of a Puffer Fish's adaptations? Well, I'm going to tell you a few of them. One of a Puffer Fish's adaptations is that they use camouflage and their predators are other kinds of fish and sharks. The last adaptation that I have is that it defends itself with its pointy spikes.
Have you ever seen what a Puffer Fish looks like? A Puffer Fish has big, dark eyes. They are cold blooded, vertebrates, they breath with gills their whole life, and they are a maximum five inches wide and can grow up to sixty centimeters long. Their color is gold, brown and even yellow.
