Decide what model you want Proceed to vendor counter Without Loan Fill up the order form With Loan e-Loan application Pay $20/- cash deposit and retain receipt & collection slip Log in e-Loan application 2 weeks • Payment can be made by NETS • CASH or CHEQUE • - GST 5% will apply for all purchases 1 month Informed by email or phone when stock is ready for collection

Conditions for Loan Up to S$2000 Up to S$1000 Loan Not Applicable 1st Year undergrad 2nd Purchase Exchange Students Post Graduates 2nd Year and above undergrads Partner-Uni Students NUS staff E-Loan Application Graduating Students Part-Time Students Repayment 6 mths upon graduation 3 mths upon approval Please make sure all original documents are available Borrower & Guarantor must be present to sign Guarantor cannot act as a guarantor more than once • Poly graduate (joined as 2nd Year Undergrad), loan amount is up to S$1000.

  11. Loan Agreement Form STEP 10 Click ‘Next’ to proceed All signatures must be witnessed by IT Co-op Staff STEP 9 Click on the ‘Print’ button for printing https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/notebookscheme/LoanForm.asp
