  2. S.P.C.A William and I chose S.P.C.A because we like animals and thought it made an impact on pets. S.P.C.A means society for the prevention of cruelty to animals. S.P.C.A helps pets and has adopted 6,154 animals/pets since they began.

  3. Making a stand • William and I decided to make a little stand outside my house. It took a lot of work to wash and dry the stand we used. We made the rainbow loom bracelets and cookies we sold. William also had hand drawn pictures we sold.

  4. Selling things • Next we brought our things up in front of my house to sell. We did it in two different places. We did it at the lake too. We held up signs to passing cars to attract them to our stand. We sold drinks, rainbow loom bracelets, pictures, and cookies.

  5. Counting the money • After we were done selling, we counted the money we had raised. My mom gave us an envelope to put it in. We had collected $143.67.

  6. Taking the money in • My mom drove us to S.P.C.A. and we took a look at all of the adoption animals. We liked a cat named Peaches, but she got adopted will we were there. There were also three little kittens. The lady was nice and thanked us for our donation.
