Preparing For Class Review these items to help you prepare for class: • Basic knowledge of Windows Computers • Keyboarding Skills • Positive attitude & willingness to learn new things • Quiet & attentive during class instruction • Ready to ask questions when you need clarification • Ready to help your classmates if they need help

Our Learning Experience • Here is a list of some projects we will accomplish this semester. • Construct a Realistic Business Check • Design and Send a Memo • Produce a Fax Cover Sheet • Design Business Cards • Build Company Letter Head • Letter Head Example • Write Several Business Letters • Create Mailing Envelopes

  4. Class Rules Don’t…. Do…. Respect each other Help each other when the time is appropriate Have a positive attitude • No food or drink in the computer lab • No talking while the teacher is talking, unless you raise your hand • No chewing gum!

  5. With patience and an open mind, you will learn invaluable lessons to apply to life after you graduate!
