With the ever-increasing demand for quality talent within HCL, there was a significant need for creating a talent pool that’ll be equipped with the requisite expertise, and the candidates will be prepared technically and professionally to join the highly specialized workforce at HCL. Therefore, the idea of HCL TSS hiring program was conceived, with the objective of becoming the largest integrated talent-solutions company in India for preparing the skilled workforce for the future. Recruitment experts have noted that the skill gap across industries is primarily the education issue – this creates a mismatch between what is being taught to aspiring students in
institutions, and the expectations awaiting them in the practical life job environment. Thus, HCL TSS bridges the gap between deserving talent across the country & vacant jobs that are difficult to fill because of the crisis of skills.
Eligibility Criteria •Engineering Graduates B.Tech/ B.E (IT/Non IT) / M.Tech/ M.Sc (CS/ IT) / MCA / M.E •Work experience in IT or fresher •Women who want to resume their career •Only those who have completed their graduation •65% & above aggregate in Class X, Class XII and Graduation (and Post-Graduation if pursued) Program Details The six-month-long training program follows a three-pronged structure for rounding up the learning & training needs of graduates/engineers before joining HCL. The half-yearly tenure comprises of Common Foundation Training, Track Specific Technical Training & Professional Practice Term training leading to the final deployment with HCL.
Selection Procedure The standardized selection process comprising of: •Career Counseling •Online Aptitude Test or Technical Test Interview Program Duration Six Months- consists of three months of classroom training and three months of Professional Practice Term. Program Fee and Training Location
INR 2 Lakhs + Taxes. Financial assistance such as bank loan is available. The program training will be conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services (TSS). The Deployment post the successful completion of the training program will take place with HCL Technologies. Career Path After the successful completion of the training program, you will be starting your career with HCL in Application Development / Maintenance/ Testing/ Support roles spanning across business units such as Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Infrastructure Management, and Engineering Services.
