Status fromthe Chairman General information about ABPMP: • Membership ABPMP, no significant growth of number of members • New responsibilities of members of the ABPMP Board (see next slide) • Special effort made to involve EABPM in the development of exam questions for CBPP certification (additional questions) • ABPMP entered in a contract with a service provider (Ewald) to improve the administrative capacities • Activities in Chapters are slowly dropping out - substituted by virtual meetings • Not a single international chapter is working successfully

Status fromthe Chairman Cooperation with ABPMP: • Significant improvement but still long response time • New people taking the initiatives on- Chris Ottensen, Certifications (Cooperation with EABPM)- MadhaviChodankar (CBOK, RTP - Training Provider)- Jack Hilti, Marketing • Dan Morris is no longer member of the ABPMP Board(He caused much trouble during the development of BPM CBOK Version 3.0) • Web-based certifications in German for EABPM (under construction with Kryterion)

Status fromthe Chairman EABPM: • New legal domicile in Switzerland effective 2014 • Integration of/cooperation with France has to be defined • Significant decrease of number of certification exams in German • Entry-level certification under construction – Lead EABPM • Translation and revision of CBOK 3.0, German version will be published in April 2014

Update fromtheregions - Germany • Certifications CBPP in 2013: 68 • Certifications CBPP in 2014 (1st quarter): 13 • Total no. of certificatessince 2010: 284 • Reducedmarketdemandsince 2013 • Increasing no. of individualcertifications • gfo has a leadingposition in the German BPM market • Marketing and salesactivities to beforced in 2014 • Process Solution Day in May / somearticles in professionaljournals

Update fromtheregions - Austria • Demand for BPM education very low • one reason is low cost alternative courses «subsidized» by Austrian Government (WIFI); e.g. «Introduction to Process Management» • Process thinking is still an interacting topic in Austria • Competitive situation for ÖVO is difficult due to a well established incumbent (GesellschaftfürProzessmanagement), but ÖVO/EABPM advantage is the international Certificate • Additional Opportunity for the market: Next Level Consulting want to offer their clients international certification on an entry levelin CH and A, but GP does not offer this in Austria. • Establishment of BPM CoP in Western Austria by Management Center Innsbruck • «Expert round tables at ÖVO» occasionally incl. BPM topics • No BPM Events in Austria for 2014 (BPM Analysis some events)

Update fromtheregions - France • Exemples de l’offre de formation: • Manager en transversal en s’appuyant sur les processus – 1 jour (pour les dirigeants et managers) • Tout connaître sur le pilotage par les processus – 3 jours (toute personne qui souhaite avoir une connaissance synthétique et complète sur le pilotage par les processus) • Préparer le certification CBPP – 5 jours (toute personne qui souhaite postuler à la certification CBPP) • Processus: connaître les approches méthodologiques et les outils adéquats 13 jours (Acteurs MOA – Organisateurs internes – Green Belt –Black Belt…) • Au final: 9 cursus possibles • Offre de formation Construction d’une offre de formation basée sur le CBOK et sur les pratiques en France de manière à répondre aux besoins de chaque métier et chaque entreprise. Cette offre de formation est diffusée par les membres du C2P avec la logistique du CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers)

Update fromregions - France Certification • Négociation en cours pour faire passer les examens de certification par l’AFNOR • Objectif 2014: 30/40 certifications avec une montée en charge progressive sur les autres années • Pour postuler à la certification: avoir suivi la formation 5 jours ou la formation spécifique d’un jour

CBOK Status German Version V3 (1) • All chapters except chapter 7 (Process Transformation) have been translated and – partially – already been proof-read and edited • Observations • in some cases: effort underestimated • time management of volunteers sometimes an issue • LabCase (collaboration tool): used (Wiki: Glossary, Assets), but not excessively • Chapter 10 (BPM Technology) • Tour de forcere-write and enhancement (53  128 pp): Excellent presentable results • Current activities • fine tuning (e.g., Chapter 9 consolidation, Glossary) • figures & diagrams: already being processed and brought to common “blue” format

CBOK Status German Version V3 (2) Chapter 7 (Process Transformation): 60% ready | 21pp to be translated(as of 21.03.14) • difficulties due to… • late start of translator: initial candidate had to be substituted in mid-term due to lack of time • underestimation of translation effort (caused by English original and individual circumstances) • estimated completion date: 06.04.14 (moderate) – 20.04.14 (higher probability) • additional support provided (M. Müller, H. Wolfensberger) to translator • Publishing is planned April 2014 (acc. to publishing house)

CBOK French Version • Traduction du CBOK par les membres du C2P: action terminée fin mars 2014 • Préparation du manuscrit pour l’éditeur (AFNOR) • Edition du CBOK en langue française: sortir prévue pour début juin 2014 • Le CBOK sera vendu: par l’éditeur - au sein des associations – et remis aux participants inscrits aux actions de formation
