5. WP1: Action 1- The Launch of the BSCs: Status & Process Average audience = 65 attendees • Any information about BSCs’launch is available on the Team Space, in WP1 section, under “ Action 1” • Almost every BSC has been Launched: • Eindhoven, Netherlands, 17 April 2012. • Birmingham, England, 29 March 2012. • Tweed, Wallonia, Belgium, 29 March 2012. • 2 are still missing: • NRW, Germany, No date. • Les Mureaux, France, June 21st, 2012

6. The BSCs and Communication • In each BSC, communication events and tools will be developed : • Dissemination events • Seminars • E-newsletters, printed materials (flyers, brochures) ( Go to the Team Space, Communication Tools) • Public Relations,    • For these : • Use the websites (externally), Team Space (project, internally) media and business  (LinkedIn) and social media (Facebook, Twitter) • Develop a database of all our contacts and use it to communicate

Documents can be downloaded. • The BioenNW Requirements Document is a key of the communication project • It gives everyone a whole view of what each BSC is doing. • Please Fill the document with the information

8. WP1 : Action 2 Create and populate an information facility • Localized in WP1 section, under « Action 2 ». Documents can be downloaded. • Documents on the bioenergy projects  and on the resources available in Ile-de-France. • Documents are contact points, presentations, case studies information, table, reports, maps, synthesis… •  All classified by keywords • BSC will contain : a library of documents, contact points, websites, case studies information on natural resources

9. WP1 : Action 3- Identify locations with high potential for bioenergy adoption • Objectives • Reviews of bioenergy potential in each region • A methodology for the collection of detailed information to support the production of project development plans • Select the best candidates with high bioenergy potential : five in each region

WP1 : Create and operate Bioenergy Support Centres • Action 4 : Develop a business plan for the ongoing operation of the BSCs after project end • Action 5 : Develop Bioenergy Support Centres in Observer regions • Daughter BSCs ready for launch before the end of BioenNW : one in each observer region . • BSC promotional events hosted by Observer aimed at recruiting local interest in forming a BSC : two in each region • Action 6 : Develop a feedstock testing service • Two mobile feedstock testing units to provide a feedstock testing service operated in Partner countries and in Observer countries. • Characterization of a wide range of feedstocks with data added to BSC databases for use in the design of bioenergy schemes.

11. The Solution to Be Efficient • Work Together. And work together means use the Team Space to share, spread and ask for information • Some of the partners don’t use the Team Space.
