  3. He gave them authority to heal diseases (Matt. 10:1; Luke 9:1); gifts of healings (1 Cor. 12:9; 1 Cor. 12:28); not all have gifts of healing, do they? 4. I think we don’t trust the Lord enough because we know where we can go in the time of our need. We know that when we are not well we go to the NHS. If I’m short in money I can go to the bank and borrow. And we know already where we can go and because of that we don’t trust the Lord enough. But if we can trust the Lord first and forget about other places where we can find provision for our needs I think our faith will be great.
