HARTLAND YOUTH LACROSSE REGISTRATION TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2014 HARTLAND YOUTH LACROSSE BOYS & GIRLS REGISTRATION FOR PLAYERS IN 1ST – 8TH GRADE TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2014 ORE CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL 6:00 PM ~ 8:30 PM Some GREAT reasons to play lacrosse: FUN FAST PACED SIZE DOESN’T MATTER GREAT OUTDOOR SPRING SPORT TEAM ORIENTED EXCITING, ACTION PACKED, GAMES COMBINES MANY DIFFERENT SPORTS SKILLS While Lacrosse is growing very quickly nationwide, it has been well established in Hartland for several years thanks to a strong youth and high school program. In fact, Hartland Youth Lacrosse has established itself as one of the premier lacrosse programs in Michigan for both boys & girls! Lacrosse is a combination of soccer, football, and hockey. Anyone can play lacrosse - big or small. The game requires and rewards coordination and agility. Quickness and speed are two highly prized qualities in lacrosse…not size. Long sprints up and down the field with abrupt starts and stops, precision passes, and dodges are routine in lacrosse. Lacrosse is fast-paced and full of non-stopaction.
