  3. How to Access Information? • Publicly available documents are posted on web • Register for e-notification • Available to in-country stakeholders or affected people – other dissemination method • Documents / Information can be requested • InfoUnit at HQ (disclosure@adb.org) or resident mission

  4. Early Stages ofProject Design • PID (project Information Document) or Project Summary • Initial Poverty and Social Assessment flags who may be beneficially or adversely affected • Before appraisal • Design and monitoring framework • Safeguard documents (Environmental assessments, Resettlement and indigenous peoples plans)

  5.
