1. Company Snapshot Precision turned parts • Nagamohr is an industrial subcontracting company dedicated to high precision turned parts • It is specialized in machining complex shafts which are mainly used in the automotive industry Medium to large series • Nagamohr is focused in the production of medium to large series • In the low end the minimum production volume is 10,000 parts per year, while on the upper end there is no maximum volume which in some cases goes up to several million parts per annum • Nagamohr was born out of the transfer of a small production centre from Germany to Spain in 1993 • It has developed since into a company with nearly 100 employees, an annual production of more than 20 million shafts and turnover of €10m Overview in figures • Nagamohr’s key strategic objective is to maintain the high and constant quality of its products while continuously improving its production process • This is the basis for its sustained competitiveness which enables it to export worldwide (e.g. Western and Eastern Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Morocco, Turkey, India, China, etc.) Strategic objectives 3

4. Production Means • Nagamohr’s machine park is comprised of approximately 50 machines • Half of these are turning machines, our primary operation, which are subdivided in: • Rotary transfer machines • Multi-spindle lathes • CNC lathes • The other half are machines for secondary operations such as grinding, deep hole drilling, rolling, pressing, induction hardening, etc. • Nagamohr additionally counts with a Ionit Ox furnace for Nitrocarburation surface treatment (other treatments can be subcontracted) 6

Quality • Nagamohr has obtained the most demanding quality and environmental certificates such as the ISO TS16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 • Nagamohr counts with a full equipped metrology laboratory highlighting some of the most sophisticated equipment: • 3D measuring machine • Double flank gear rolling tester • Opto-electronic profile measuring device • Profilometer • Roundness tester • Digital hardness testers • Roughness testers • Microstructure analysis • In-house developed control machines ISO/TS 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 7
