  3. Status Summary • The project is still on schedule for delivery as expected, despite recent in-climate weather. Although some individual tasks are about two weeks behind schedule • The Scheduled Date for Delivery is February 25, 2005 • Original GMP Amount $1,762,000.00 Current GMP Amount $ 1, 776,640.00 • Entrance to site has begun Construction Progress Update

  4. Images of Work in Progress • Precast entrance was erected on the 18th of October • Masonry veneer started one week later. • There is some unresolved issue with the quality of the precast entrance. The contractor is proposing a credit. Construction Progress Update

Schedule • Upcoming Project Milestones: • Building will be completely dried in by the end of this week. • EIFS will be complete at the end of the week. • Exterior Paint starting tomorrow • Ceiling Grid Starting in 2 weeks. • Sidewalk is about to start. • Tile Scheduled for Delivery on November 15th • Carpet Scheduled for Delivery in December.
