3. About V12 Group’s Business Database V12 Group owns the largest fully integrated, multi-channel business database that exists today. Our business file joins postal and email points of contact. This means that we can not only target based on audience firmagraphics, but also by city, zip code or postal carrier route. Any targeting performed with postal data can also be done with our email database. V12 Group’s multi-channel contacts are developed in a cooperative database environment with data contributed by several partner sources. V12 Group attempts to double validate each corporate record as well as contact record. To date we have double validated over 80% of our corporate records and 65% of our contact records. Before a record is added to the file it is: • Address Standardized, NCOA’d, and CASS Certified for postal deliverability. • We then verify the deliverability status of each business email via engagement messaging.
