(e.g. college degree, experience, induction training, driving license, common knowledge, etc.)
1. Quality Awareness- Definitions PROCEDURE • Workflow Diagram describing a procedure is used to • Outline processes • Analyze processes (different criteria such as timing, costs, benefits, bottlenecks, etc.) • Continually improve processes
1. Quality Awareness- Definitions NONCONFORMITY (example of actual plant incident is at the end) • Should get registered • Should get investigated • Root cause identified (5 whys tool) • Corrective action applied • Preventive action applied • Changes made, analyzed efficiency • Changes communicated

SHEQ Guiding Principles + Objectives SHEQ Guiding Principles - Awareness of each and every employee SHEQ Objectives - Objectives to be known by every department and communicated to every employee and applied to each employee
Safety Risks and Environmental Aspects Registers and Matrixes Safety Risks Registers and Matrixes - Involvement of all dpts Environmental Aspects Registers and Matrixes - Involvement of all dpts
Key Performance Objectives & Targets - What is our standing?
“A Training Process” FlowCharting What is the Need? Why to draw flow charts? Please, take 5 min to draw a flow chart of your dpt (function) for to be presented to peers. What are the criteria that could you applied to analyze your flow chart? Is this exercise useful and why?
Actual Plant Incident Investigation Analysis • Whose fault was it? • What are the documents we can raise a non-conformance against? • State non-conformances (if any) against: • ISO 9001 • ISO 14001 • OHSAS 18001 • Other
