  2. Today’s agenda Meeting Maker, Staffweb, Weekly Online News and more! How do all these UW Libraries communication mechanisms fit together? How can you successfully keep up with all that's happening in the Libraries. We'll discuss these questions and more in this session, sharing suggestions and success stories for keeping current.
  3. What is my role? UW Libraries staff are expected to play an active role in communicating with coworkers as outlined in the: Personal Communication Responsibility Guidelines What does that mean? How do I do this?
  4. What is expected of me? Keep your schedule up to date on Meeting Maker. Post appropriate meetings and events to the Internal Master Calendar and the Staffweb Events Calendar. Check email and voicemail regularly and respond in a timely manner. Use the personal message options (voicemail) and vacation configuration (email) to alert others of your absence. Take time to read publications to stay informed!
