GPG for CVD services • Estonia:alarm handling and home-monitoring for chronically ill patients (DREAMING) • Auvergne Region, France: Telecardiology – follow-up of pacemaker operated patients • Veneto Region, Italy:Conegliano Telemedicine Service - cardiac implantable electronic device (RENEWING HeALTH) • Malopolska Region, Poland: Medical Teleconsultation for improving the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome • Scotland:Scottish Telestroke Programme – increasing the equity of access to stroke thrombolysis across Scotland
