Proportionality of Sub-Groups • Identify sub-groups • Gender, IEP/NON-IEP, Ethnicity, ELL, grade level • Using Enrollment module, determine percent of enrollment for each sub-group • Using Pinpoint Discipline module, determine each sub-group’s percent of major offenses • Compare enrollment & offenses for each sub-group • Determine proportionality (equivalent, disproportional (too high? Too low?) • Dig into data to gain deeper insight and answer questions • Schedule time to share data with faculty • Schedule time to problem solve and action plan
