Highlights • TT focused on BUFR Migration • TDCF became reality since Nov 2014 • TT accompanies this migration with vivid discussions • Some NCs already stopped TAC dissemination for Synop 5. Problems • No established process to approve BUFR bulletin beforedissemination of TAC stops • Temp conversion to BUFR: 2 alternatives- part by part  4 BUFR bulletins for 1 Temp- entirely  1 BUFR bulletin for 1 Temp
