紅包 • 紅包是通常是中國人在過年時候送給家人和好朋友的禮物 • 紅包在中國上是代表好運氣 因為它的顏色是紅色 • 紅包在結婚和其他特別的日子也可以送 • 友人送紅包不收的話 運氣會不好 It is customary to give out red envelopes filled with money mainly at Chinese New Year, but also on special occasions such as weddings. The envelopes are red because in Chinese, it is considered to be the lucky color. The more generous you are, the more you will prosper during the New Year.
過年吃的食物 年年有餘 (魚) 歲歲平安 (蘋果) 大吉大利 (橘子) 步步高升 (年糕) On this day, we eat traditional foods such as water dumplings, sticky cake, Apples, fish, and oranges. It is a time for families to gather together for a meal. 在過年時吃的食物是 水餃 是家人一起吃
年的故事 傳說年是一個會吃人大怪獸 大家為了把年趕走 所以放鞭跑 嚇走他 大家穿新衣 發紅包 慶祝年被嚇跑了 One of the most well known stories about Chinese New Year, is about a monster named “nian”. During the New Year, he would come to villages, eating people, and causing many other sorts of misery towards the people. This is why during this celebration, people let off Fireworks and firecrackers in order to scare the beast away.
舞獅耍龍 舞獅耍龍 是為了嚇走惡魔 和 趕走霉運 並帶來好運氣和快樂 The lion dance, is done to scare away the evil spirits and misfortune, to bring luck and happiness. for them.
過年 - 不該做的事 不能說 不該說的話 (不吉利的話 罵人的話) 不能倒垃圾(垃圾是財富) During this day, there should be no bad words such as swears, insults, curses, etc. No one should throw out any garbage, in order to prevent your prosperity from leaking out of the house.
