  2. Rationale • It seems like there is always more on your plate than you know what to do with but good planning of use of your time will help you deal with this.

Objectives • Upon completion of this training, the participant will be able to: • Recognize the difference between tasks that support objectives and those that distract from completing objectives. • Deal appropriately with tasks that are distractions. • Respond appropriately to those sending tasks and/or data. • Handle the “In-Box” appropriately in a timely manner. • Develop and make efficient use of a to-do list. • Organize office data and files in a manner that is supported throughout the agency.
