  1. The Lakeview Honor choir is a group of outstanding student singers. We focus on developing vocal skills, such as: breathing, vowel shape, dynamics and blend. Cooperation is encouraged and a sense of community is developed. Students also learn how a choir rehearsal is set up in preparation for Middle School Choir and Band. Rehearsals are held weekly on Thursdays from 3:30-4:15 pm. Students perform at a St. Louis Cardinals game, for the PTA, Veteran’s Day, Winter Concert, and have a field trip to sing at a nursing home.
