Consent Agenda • Order accepting estimated bids to supply chemicals for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Water Filtration Plant, and the Recreation Department from UNIVAR ($472,624), Kuehne Company ($64,000), SAL Chemical ($44,480), Shannon Chemical Corporation ($53,130), and Schmidt Supply ($16,529) for a one year period, with two consecutive one-year renewal periods. • Order accepting the proposal of Queen City Business Systems for the provision of Digital Office Systems in an amount not to exceed $5,065 per month, for a term of 60 months • Order appointing Richard "Rock" Cioni to the Parks and Rec Board to fill the unexpired term of Veronica Hill, effective April 12, 2011 through October 12, 2014
