Guam Naval Hospital Replacement AWARD INFORMATION • Design – Bid – Build • Award amount $158M • Designer: Sherlock Smith and Adams (SS&A): Montgomery, AL • Contractor: Watts Webcor and Obayashi a JV (WWO): Honolulu, HI • FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS • Full diagnostic capability w/ MRI • Efficient patient staff circulation patterns • High traffic clinics located near the main entrance and circulation spines • LEED SILVER • $1.2M in energy savings. • Rainwater used as non-potable water saving 1.4 MG/yr. • 823 KG/yr reduction in potable water use.
