  2. CAUSES: CAUSES: • Over charging of the device • Sync cable issues • Power source does not supply enough energy on the device (laptop is not plug in to the power source; sync cable should be connected on the back USB port)

  3. ACTUALBATTERY Actual battery Ideally, the battery should be charged with at least 500 milliamps (mA) of power.

  4. FACTS Maximizing the battery • Be sure to update your Zune player • Turn off the radio when you're not listening to it. The radio turns off when you turn off your Zune. • Turn off wireless. • Set the hold switch to the locked position when you're not using your Zune to prevent unintentional activation • Adjust the backlight to display for the shortest possible time; good options are 30 seconds or less. Also, you can reduce the brightness level • Charge the battery when it is at least half empty.
