General profile • Established in 1983 • Total number of registered students: 12000 • Total number of teaching staff: 400 members • Three Faculties – 7 Departments • Location: Serres/ Greece • Address: Technological Education Institute (TEI) of Serres Terma Magnisias Campus, 62124, Serres, Greece

Faculties and Departments The T.E.I. of Serres consists of the following Faculties and Departments: The Faculty of Applied Technologies,consisting of four Departments: • Mechanical Engineering • Civil Engineering • Information and Communication Sciences • Geomatics and Surveying The Faculty of Administration and Economics,consisting oftwo Departments: • Business Administration • Accounting The Faculty of Faculty of Arts and Design,consisting of two Departments: • Interior Architecture, Decoration and Design • Graphic Design (is expected to begin on academic year 2011-2012)

  4. Department of Business Administration Courses offered for ERASMUS students & taught in English Notices • These courses are offered in any semester (autumn or spring) • All courses are offered as taught/ lecture-based courses • If a student wants to attend a specific course, which is not taught/ offered, he/she is advised to attend “Research Project seminar”. • In this course he/she will prepare a research project in the field of the required course under the guidance and supervision of a member of the faculty.

Serres • Serres is a city situated in the Central Macedonia Periphery, • It is located 69 km north-east of Thessaloniki. • Its population was 56,145 in 2001. • The city has a metropolitan forest, parks and squares. • Night clubs and cafeterias are popular attractions, especially in the summertime.
