How does semen exit and become semen??? How does semen exit? First the sperm passes through the vas deferens. Next it connects to the urethra. Then it passes through the penis and leaves. These processes travel through many organs such as the seminal vesicles, prostaglandins, prostate gland, urethra, vas deferens, bulbourethral gland. How is semen created? As they go through those organs they add fructose, a milky alkaline fluid, and sperm. The sperms secretions / meiosis make up semen
